I’ve spent two years working in a Food court, where I learned not only how to make great coffee but also how to engage with customers and keep them coming back. Along with that, I’ve had hands-on experience managing small business operations, like budgeting, inventory control, and planning events. I also took an online food safety course to ensure I understand all the necessary health and safety standards. On top of that, I’ve attended workshops in my workplace, which have helped me grow the café and connect with customers. With this experience, I feel confident in my ability to run the café and adapt as the business grows.
