To make the coffee truck feel more connected to the Terrace community, I’ll try to use local ingredients whenever I can and build relationships with local businesses and artists. For example, I’d love to work with a local bakery for pastries or feature art from local creators on the truck or cups. I’ll also offer a simple loyalty program, especially for students, to encourage regular visits. On the eco-friendly side, I plan to give a small discount to customers who bring their own reusable cups and use compostable cups and packaging to reduce waste. To build trust and show real feedback, I’ll include short quotes from friends and early customers who tried the coffee at pop-ups or small events. Their honest opinions can help new customers feel confident about giving it a try.
